What you’re buying

FluentDoc is an online membership: live classes, replays, and short “on-the-go” videos. Once we create your account and send your access email, your service is considered delivered (even if you haven’t used it yet).

Auto-renewal (how billing works)

• When you subscribe, you agree we’ll automatically charge your saved payment method at the end of each billing cycle (usually monthly) until you cancel.

• Prices and features may change on future renewals—we’ll give reasonable notice where required.

Refunds

• 14-Day Money-Back (first purchase only): If FluentDoc isn’t for you, tell us within 14 days of your first purchase and we’ll refund 100% to your original payment method.

• This guarantee doesn’t reset on renewals.

• Some special promos or third-party purchases may have different terms (we’ll say so clearly if that applies).

How to cancel

Choose one of these:

• Account Portal (recommended): Open your FluentDoc account → Manage My Subscription → Cancel subscription.

• Email: From your registered email, send “Cancel Subscription” to hello@marwanawawy.com. We’ll reply with a confirmation—keep it for your records.

The critical timing rule

To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 72 hours before your renewal date.
Example: If renewal is June 30 at 10:00, cancel by June 27 at 10:00 (your account/receipt shows the renewal time).

• Cancellations aren’t retroactive. If a billing cycle has already started, that cycle is paid and your access continues until it ends.

Attendance & usage

• We work hard to offer multiple class times and replays, but your schedule is yours.

• Important: Not attending classes or not using the materials does not equal cancellation and doesn’t trigger a refund. You still need to cancel as described above.

Payment issues & chargebacks

• Think something’s wrong with a charge? Please email us first at hello@marwanawawy.com—we can usually sort it out faster than the bank.

• If a chargeback is opened, access may be paused while it’s reviewed.

Trials, coupons & promos

• Trials roll into paid plans on the date shown unless you cancel before the trial ends.

• Coupons and promos apply only as stated; they don’t change the 72-hour cancellation rule.

Late or failed payments

• If a renewal charge fails, we’ll ask you to update your payment method. Access may be paused until payment succeeds. (This is not a cancellation.)

• Accounts are personal—please don’t share login details or redistribute course materials.

• We may update this page from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll post the update and, where required, notify you.
